Biff was born in Burbank California.
Biff then moved to the "Queen City" Cincinnati Ohio. While in Cincinnati he fell in love with Skyline
Chili, and going to Kings Island. Biff was raised watching The Big Red Machine win the World Series in 75 and 76. He
can still tell you who played for the Reds. Also, Biff believes that WKRP in Cincinnati was the first reality television
show.

After an amusement park called "Fantasy Farm"
(Middletown, Ohio) closed, emotionally, Biff could no longer live in Ohio. So he moved to St. Louis so he
could "find himself". Finally, he landed a job working in a "little yellow booth" in
a parking lot. I meet Biff while working on an ambulance after his "little yellow booth" blew up one night.
He wasn't hurt, but the experience ended his retail career.
Biff joined the show in 1984 and started working
as my stage hand. He soon got tired of packing and unpacking the car. One night in Augusta Georgia, he decided
to start performing again. Biff was an instant hit with the children. Since then, he has helped me perform for thousands
of children.
In 2006 Biff earned his online doctorate degree in Psychology. Dr. Biff is hoping that one day he
will have his own radio talk show.
Biff is the creation of Rene Zendejas.
